Our Special Polyester needled felt is the only one in the market with: An internal heavy duty multifilament fabric which gives a length tensile strength superior to 350 Kg/ 5cm (770 Lbs/2”). A special technical polyester fibre which gives higher resistance to hydrolysis (steam destruction of polyester reducing the felt to dust)

A special coarser fibre which gives a top air permeability of 660 litres/ dm² min. under 20 mm water gauge (139 CUFT/ SQFT / min. under ½” W.G.) and a higher suction of the roll ironer.
Result: Longer working life and higher output of the ironer.
For oil heated and steam pressure heated ironers with working temperature of 10 up to 14 bar, use the 100% Meta Aramid felt.
